Probably should...but stock for stock, or mod for mod, it should be a decent race...take a vid if you can, love to see it and repost it to ClubRSX
LOL. I will work on that for you. All the import guys are cool to me at the track, and me them. Only of few of them go on thier domestic car bashing, but they have to be carful, the locals have them outnumbered. LOL.
I've been on that forum since 04 and have like 5k posts so most of the people are cool to me. When i posted i got the Mustang v6 there were of course the domestic bashers and the i'd never buy a v6 Mustang bashers blah blah, but you'll find that anywhere...even here, look how much sixers get bashed in the other topics. And there are some other Mustang guys there and domestics in general to keep em in line

fwd cars are pretty hard to get a good launch on...i dono about the rsx-s, but my msp was weird to launch. If he isnt a good driver, you will have the advantage.

The RSX-S is pretty easy to launch actually..and a good driver can always shift so it doesn't drop out of I-vtec, ublike the Celica GT-S say which is increadibly hard not to shift out of its powerband, because it's so short before you hit redline...also why the auto GTS is a high 16 sec car, because when its 4sp shifts it drops waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of lift, the place it makes it's power.

ok, i've read some posts and i realize that it will most likely be a drivers race. Do you guys have any tips on launching, downshifting, and anything else? from stand still and 40mph roll.

I have one of these on my kill list, along with the following:

-Several Civics
-Integra (cams, exhaust, 100 shot)
-240Z (cams, suspension, nitrous, drag radials)
-Honda Accord (not sure, body kit?)
-Chevy Jimmy on slicks
-03 GT (Manual, DR's, exhaust, intake and tune)
-Eclispe (body kit, exhaust, fake guage?)

I love going to the track. LOL.
Rygen, I'm gonna throw out this warning to you: If you ever race someone with a Z, any Z, be ready for a heckuva race. Those cars DO NOT screw around. The only one that you could probably take easy is a 260Z, but the others are tough.

No need to warn me, the 300z stock is a mid 13 second car. Even once I get my tranny tune fixed up and some good tires, I would be hard pressed to beat one unless it was stock. I do respect this car, I will let our GT brothers deal with it. LOL.
