Default Trunk Water

I just got my mustang a month ago and I just noticed that my trunk must be leaking water somewhere. In the spare tire hole there was about 2 inches of water all the way across, and down on the passenger side wheel well there was an inch or more. The drivers side wheel well is dry.

Has anyone else had this problem so I have a little info when I call the dealer?

Thanks I will take it there tommorrow. I let you guys know what they say and what they will do about it. They better not yank my chain like I heard from the radio posts. They better fix it somehow or it will rust out pretty fast seeming i wash my car twice a week.
