What's Nicest Sounding Single Axle Back Muffler?
Hi, I know others probably asked this a lot of times but what's the best sounding single axle back muffler? I know I can't get the V8 sound but I'd still like a low tone if possible.And not a ricey sound. I'm not interested in duals which most of the threads I read asked about. Thanks for any advice.

hey,
I installed the MAC axelback last week and i think it sounds great its got a little drone at low RPMs though so if thats an issue dont get it. It has a really deep sound though.

I installed a GT takeoff muffler. The stock muffler just comes right off and the GT slips on. I did not even have to jack up the car. I got them from V6 Mustang Stuff. It sounds great. Not too ricey and not too loud.

cmon now you really dont think that the GT takeoff or the mac sound the best out of the bunch
MRT is easily the best axelback exhaust
i was the best buy i have ever made
if you dont believe me i will personally send you a clip of it
Flowmaster Single is very nice and so is the Borla Single

I have a single Flowmaster axleback and I love the sound. Like most performance mufflers it has some drone, but that's to be expected. All that said, I didn't get to hear many other options before I bought it. There may be better options, but it all comes down to personal preference.

There is no denying the interior noise...but mine has mellowed sooooo much since I got a tune and a CAI. I love it. For exterior sound...it can't be beat. It's a head turner.
Borla was my second choice- then Flowmaster.
