My vote goes for C & L CAI, with brenspeed tunes. Brent does a great job and despite being waaaay busy, has time for me after the sale to answer tune questions.

I use alternative auto in mount clemens michigan and I run 14.1 in the quarter. The car drives great
+1 on the C&L intake, buy a package with the intake and the tuner.

get a jlt/xcal2 from doug at bamachips....he has the best tunes(so i hear) and I will get that when the money comes in to. You can also get it body colored!

I think the C&L/SCT XcalII is the best combo.
I think that the best tuners are B a m a c h i p s and Brenspeed, then Alternative Auto for automatics, then Evolution Performance.
I currently have the Evolution tunes and I am not overly impressed.

I'm running Alternative Auto's 89 tune and an eBay CAI on a 5-speed, couldn't be happier, and saved a few bucks. But if you can get a decent package deal, go for it!
