47 here...
What inspired me to love Mustangs was my teacher in 1st grade. She bought a brand new 1966 red Mustang convertible. That was it.....even though I was only6 years old, I wanted a Mustang real bad!
In high school my mother owned a 1978 Mustang V8. Ugly car but boy was it fast! Then I bought my first Mustang.....a 1982 GT Black on Black with T-Tops. It was the first introduction to the 5.0.....boy, do I miss that car sometimes!

32. Wife, daughter, and son on the way. I traded in our Mazda 6 because I said.. "what the hell.. you only live once.... I'm getting that damn Mustang". It's a car I have always wanted. My pregnant wife was kind enough to let me do my thing.. even though she doesn't understand. I love this damn thing! It's exceeded my expectations.

35, career, wife, kids, house, cat, white picket fence, and a mustang. When I was 16 (1988) I wanted to buy a 67 Mustang but my Dad wouldn't let me. I still don't think he really approves, but I'm a big boy now.
My wife drives an SUV. The arrangement is, whoever has the kids, has the SUV. Whoever goes to work has the Mustang. I'm not too concerned, she's a good driver. I purchased the car in anticipation of mid-life crisis. When it hits, I'll upgrade.
