Default Will the Shelby GT500 mudflaps/spashguards fit our V6s?

I don't like the design of the Ford V6 splashguards ... so, does anyone know if the Shelby GT500 (part # 7R3Z-16A550-AA & 7R3Z-16A550-AB) mudflaps/splashguards fits our V6ers, or are there any aftermarket ones similar in design? These are the ones I want, made for the GT500 (looks like they fit the GT):

I don't think it would be an issue... I'm pretty sure the rocker panels aren't drastically different, and the primary changes for the body on the cobra are for the front end. keep us posted.

it wouldnt fit right I dont think, because the bumper on the v6 doesnt go as low as on the gt500, and it curves in on the bottom while the gt500 is more square. I have them and they are great, but yeh. I don think theyd fit, and if they do it would be really stretching it....as you can see on the gt, they dont even line up right

thats the reason why it wont fit and why the v6 splash guards look so big, but im getting them despite regrets of how it'll look but i have enough trouble trying to clean the rear bumper and im not gonna go thru that anymore, once i get the gt/cs bumper, i'll look into the gt500 one or something similar

When I was in my dealership buying my car I saw both the V6 splashguards and the GT500 ones and I wanted those GT500 ones as well. I forgot to ask in the dealership about thembut I was looking at an ebay auction a couple of weeks ago for a pair of the GT500'sand emailed the seller and they told me they wouldn't fit. I wasn't sure if they knew what they were talking about but I didn't buy them. I'm with you all, I'm tired of cleaning those rear quartersso before winter I'm going to get some of those big ugly ones (IMO) and maybe only use them during winter anyway until someone figures out a different solution. I thought about trying to buy some cheap flat mudflaps from Walmart or somewhere and make my own that look like the GT500 ones. But up till now that's only been a thought.

I put a set on my ride..................took them off a day later........you need the GT500 rear bumper to make them look right, anyway they don't look like they are for the GT or V6 bumper, I have a GT bumper..........did not like the look.....IMO!
