no that new steeda doesnt have the IC. it will be released in about 2 months, and they are claiming a 40+ hp increase from the HO
I don't doubt the 40HP increase but the problem they have is making it low enough to fit under the stock hood.
Hey! rmays06 and all 4.0 owners, check this out! We all know that the X-charger and the IC'er will not fit under our stock hood because the intercooler will makethe superchargersit to high to close the hood. So I think, Explorer Express and Steeda came up with an idea about using the cowl hood and the x-charger together for the right fitting. Just my .03 cents. I could be wrong!

what front fascia is that? is it an entirely different fascia with v6 specs? or is it another chin spoiler?

Denny I don't doubt that they do put a cowl hood on the Q935 or what ever they name the V8 edition of the car.

height of the IC is being worked on with the thought of not needing to change the hood, a lot of optimism right now with Dave about it, still not complete yet though. Steeda used some of their stuff for this final kit, sort of a morph from the 2

Dave told me that by making the IC not as high (smaller heat exchanger unit) and redoing the intake manifold, they hoped to get it under the hood. The Steeda ad says 355 HP, and I am sure that is at the crank, so figure 310 to 315 at the wheels. Is that possible with the 2.8 pulley and agressive tune? I thought we had people at just about 300. I would think with an intercooler you could get better than 310 to the wheels if people currently get 290+ with the HIPO and 2.8 pulley.
