Muffler Question

I just put on my Ford Racing muffler axleback. Wanted to know were the end of the muffler meets the pipe where the clamp is. Is there suppose to be a little air coming out from where the clamp is when the car is running.

no...tighten the clamp a little more or have it welded at an exaust shop
