Default 05 V6 - 10mpg - sick to my stomach!

Okay I keep reading about the 20+ mpg people seem to be getting.
My car is getting between 10 - 15 mpg calculated the good old fashion way (gallons per fillup / div miles driven).
Practically no stop and go. Fairly easy 35-45-55 daily commute. Tried it both with Doug and Justin's tunes. I have tried different gas stations.
I drive it very easy! Smooth accel, etc.
Tires are inflated, oil is good, 18000 miles, out of warrenty due to age.

Where do I start because something is wrong!

Any chance I could have a small header leak somewhere and not know it? Just trying to think outloud.

Mods are as follows:
3:73s with LSD
Tuneable induction intake with Justin's tune mainly, but have tried with Doug's as well.
JBA shorty headers
Ford Racing GTA exhaust

Take her to ford, something is not right. Have you changed fuel filters? some GTs get 20-25 mixed driving so something is obviously not correct, you should atleast be somewhat close to those numbers, not 10 mpg less

I have not changed the fuel filter.
Could it be a spark plug related issue?
Air sensor in the intake? Could it be bad with no error?

Just thinking the normal tune up type stuff.

its (miles driven)/(gallons filled up) by the way.

dont take this the wrong way but dont drive like a jackass??? seriously i cant even get my mpg down to 10 with a turbo on my car kicking out over 400rwhp.

when i was n/a i was between 24-31 on every tank, and its not like i drove it easy.

if you are only getting 160-240 to a tank something is very very wrong. there is no reason to get under 260 miles to a tank, and should be around 320-360

Granted on the math - I typed it backwards originally, but I am doing it correctly.
No offense taken on the driving comment. You don't know me and that would explain the gas problem, but I can assure you that is not the case.

Fuel filter may be up for a change.....

There is definitely something wrong. Take it in to Ford and let them know.
When your car was under warranty, did you take it in for routine maintenance or did you do it yourself? A lot of guys on here say the dealer charges too much or don't doa quality job. That might be true, but I know when I take my vehicles in, they do a lot of things under the car that I can't get to. I don't have a lift or ramps nor some of the tools. The dealer I take it to, always takes good care of my cars.

Let us know when you find the problem.

My car never saw a ford dealer other than a transmission change due to a noise.
