CAI, Dual Exhaust Question

CAI, Dual Exhaust Question
Hey guys I am looking into getting a CAI/Tune and a dual exhaust for my 07 v6. Is there a certain order I should get them? Do I need to get the CAI/Tune first? Get them at the same time? Or can I get the dual exhaust first and wait about a month for the CAI? I am looking into the FRPP exhaust if that makes a difference. Sorry if this is a dumb question and thanks in advance!

No, it will be fine. Mufflers mean nothing for horsepower but only sound.
Thanks, Doug

Hello Doug,
Thanks for the reply, I was really starting to get nervous not hearing any thing from you. But it's all good now. As many times as I have purchased things online, I still get nervous. I did have another question about the tunes. I have the flowmaster installed at the moment, but I took a 10 hr road trip, pretty much all on the interstate, cruise set around 70 mph. The drone or resonation of that thing, for that long, especially under load going up hills... I think I'm going to put the stock muffler back on. Will this have an adverse effect with your tunes? I've heard that a GT take-off works well, but I really don't know when or if I will get my hands on one of those anytime soon. I wanted something that sounded better than stock, from the inside, the flowmaster ain't it.
Thanks,
Jeff

I guess my point is, after every upgrade, I've emailed bamachips and no new tunes were required. And I'm sitting with JBA shorties and FRPP duals with x pipe on the backside. I think it's more crucial upwind than downwind. When I got my FRPP CAI, Ford Racing didn't even ask about exhaust.
