Default Take-off front bumper installed (problem...)

(I posted this in the main section too, but I figure it might get a little more action here...)

Hey guys, I just had a GT take-off front bumper put on my 6 banger and there's a weird bulge right at the bottom of the bumper in the middle (pics below.)

I don't recall seeing that bulge in the bumper before I took it into the shop, so I'm wondering if perhaps the shop guys hooked it on something and pulled at the bottom of the bumper when they were moving it around.

However, before I go yell at them about it, is it possible there is some other problem going on? There's no paint damage to it at all (I assume there would be a scrape or some kind of mark if the bumper had been caught on something) and when I push up on the bulge, it just sort of moves and the bottom of the bumper right beside it warps to make up for it. Also there are some holes in the bottom of the GT bumper which don't bolt or clip onto anything under the front of the V6. Does the GT have something beneath the radiator which the front bumper clips on to?

And while I'm at it, I was planning on buying a GT500 chin spoiler for this front bumper, would that cover up the holes (do they clip onto anything on the chin spoiler?)

Any thoughts or experience with this? Thanks!

I'm not farmiliar with this product but I think it might be some sort of defect or poor design.
How much did the bumper, and then the paintjob set you back? I'm thinking about this or either a chin spoiler

Turns out it's not a big deal (needs a $50 radiator support that I didn't order.)

The bumper was about $200 + shipping I think (pre-painted), I got it and the side-skirts from newtakeoff.com which did a very nice job of getting me the parts quickly and in very good condition (I'd recommend them if you're thinking about putting on a GT front bumper.)

i used my stock v6 ones when i did the swap. Just stretch them as far as you can and eventually they will line up with the GT holes.

i got the new take-off gt front end and then got the other parts from kevin casey @ clevenger ford (from another forum site). he sent all hardware including a new bumper filler specific to the GT, new inner fender liners, all hardware and a new BELLY PAN which is what i think you need because mine turned out great! the belly pan screws onto the cross member and the gt bumper cover hooks to it. caost a little more but well worth the money and effort
