Best wheel size for 2008 v6 stang
hey
i've been looking around to get me a set of wheels and tires, but im not sure what size i should go with yet
i have a pretty good idea of what rims i want, as of now they are deep dish black, im thinking 18' but i dont want to small, and at the same time i dont want to big, 19' would probably be the best cuz i think 20's would be a lil too big because i dont plan on putting body kit or anything to make it look bigger
any ideas guys?

Hopefully one day some the call out the weight card when discussing tires and rim will actually realize that a 20" tire the same height and width as an 18" tire is that the 20" tire is actuallt LIGHTER! Hello there is LESS RUBBER! Those that have actually weighed each their tire and rim seperatly will know of the two the tire is heavier than the rim...
SO IF the 18" and 20" rims weight the same or close the 20" tire and rim combo could actually weigh less ... go figure!
Please DON'T take this to say ALL 20" rims ar lighter than ALL 18" rims ... But light 20" can be found if searched and no I will NOT do your research.
To the O/P check prices and availiblity of tires before purchacing. as was mentioned of the 18, 19, 20 inch sizes usually 19s are most expensive then 20 then 18 .... 18 & 20 inch tires come in almost any size wanted ... again 19's are somewhat more limited.
Either 18 or 20 will be a nice upgrade to your car!

I do get a lot of compliments in person and due to the huge wheel wells most people don't think they are 20's. My signature pic does not do them justice. They look better in person.
