I personally used a 25TON press and a custom press bushing.
You can burn them and press them out.
Or cut the rubber flange on one side and press the rest out.
It just seems the word 'press' is being thrown around here a lot.
Maybe thats because thats bout what you need to get the little buggers out.
Just be sure and slide the links OFF of the sway bar before trying to remove them.

You can remove the inner steel sleeve and cut the remaining rubber portions
with a hacksaw blade thru the hole that the steel sleeves came out of.

I used a drill and drilled holes in them then cut the flanges off. Took a screw driver and popped them right off. Tok me awile to figure that out. I tried burning them out but had no luck.
Good luck and be patient..

I used a vise and a couple of sockets, 1 small enough to push through on side and the other large enough to let the bushing press into it. Make sure to spray them down with WD40 before hand.

Thanks again everyone. Got the rear sway bar done today, ended up using the socket trick and a vice, they came right out. And putting in the new poly bushing was pretty easy too. Next on the list is installing the front sway bar.

Thanks again

they can be a stubborn pain but the results exist if you are attentive to detail.
