well , got the vortec on finally ! install went great . done in 4 1/2 hours (non inter cooled ) waiting for the air to air to get here . still got to data log , running a very conservative tune right now . but still pulls decent , heres a few photos

Looks good man. I was going to grab a vortec but the X-men changed my mind. Let us know how it feels once you get everything finished.

im driving it now , just not going to take it over 9 psi till intercooler gets here , im running methanol right now , works really well , ait drops to about 110 , cruising ait around 130
once i get intercooler , i'll data log , and get a more aggressive tune , oh and congrats on the x ! i almost had one , but the deal fell through

I can do it tomorrow ! you really dont hear it when your into boost , but its got a nice whistle at idle , and slow cursing

i thought the same , Justin a VMP tuning said he saw no difference on the dyno , he did the before and after . he was saying the restriction was some where else ....maybe the cats , but i still want it for the look and sound
