Default First Break :(

Today a friend of mine got into the passenger seat of my car and when he reached back for the seat belt the plastic part that holds it up snapped! There really is no way to fix this so I guess I am going to have to take it to the dealership to get it looked at.

I really hope this is covered by the warranty.

At least it's still under warranty.

I might be able to see that on an older, drivers side. But not on a 2010 passenger side.

My passenger seat gets used about twice a month.

Damn, did the incredible hulk try sitting in your seat or something? Geez. I hope the dealer can get that fixed quickly for you.

I brought it to the dealer today and one guy was giving me a hard time saying that the warranty can not cover "breaks" only defects, and I kept telling him that it was a DEFECT! Finally they said that they would send pictures of it to FORD and let them decide if they will cover it or not. Now I gotta wait for their answer. If they tell me no looks like I am taking it to another dealership.

This is God's way of telling you to get the aftermarket racing seats with the five point harness. LOL
