I don't know for sure here, but I would guess that most X pipes are pretty similiar. I know alot of guys on here just have the shop that puts on their dual exhaust fab up an X pipe.

so would i get more performanc out of the pypes dual exhaust or the ford racing exhuast, i kinda dont want to spend the extra 300 dollars for the ford racing exhaust but i will if its better in performance

You won't see much performance gain from either system. Dual exhaust on a N/A V6 are really for sound only. If you have F/I you may see some gains but even then it's not much. Lots of discussion about sound from the various systems, I like the Ford duals sound, but don't buy them expecting horse power gains.

how do u figure with duals ur giving it unrestricted air flow which would result in more horsepower

FI is like superchargers or turbochargers that condense air to fit more air/fuel mix into each cylinder.

You really won't see noticeable gains in HP with duals. It is pretty much purely a visual/audible mod. We don't make enough power for the stock system to be really restrictive, so more flow really doesn't matter a whole lot performance wise.

There isn't going to be much difference among the various X-pipes, with the possible exception of whatever Dr. Gas has available (they've been at it longer).

Of the choice between FRPP and Pypes - give some though to how well (or not) people have found those products to actually fit without a struggle, and how willing you might be to either deal with it yourself or how much you'd pay somebody else to deal with it for you.

I've read that if you are more focused on performance gains, consider going with True Duals. The True Duals I located on AM includes the X-pipe. However, the sound will not be as good as an H-pipe.
Is this true?

An H pipe is true duals. X or H, there are really only 1 difference. The H pipe is a bit louder and deeper and the X pipe is raspier. Some think that X pipes are better flowing, but I have heard people say the same about H pipes too. None of it matters on our little 4.0s though; they don't make enough power (even supercharged) for the difference between an X or H to be noticed.
