I wouldn't waste my time and $$ with shorties. If you can manage to lose the cats, then certainly go with LT's.

I would get a drivers side mid pipe for a 05-09 GT, a X-pipe or H pipe (Ford Racing's X is a nice part).....a set of axlebacks of your choice...

no need to replace passenger side mid pipe....

Not a Pypes Fan...imo

I have the JBA's.....put them bone stock 06...a couple HP max, seat of the pants dyno...

Appearance....Nice!!!
A different Tone.....Nice!!! Not Much, but a added note....

Many variations out there, but in my readings, some of the Aftermarket Mid Pipes, some seem to clang, make noise, Ford make the bends a bit more proper than some Aftermarket kit.....

my .02

on another note I have Magnaflows, would sell for a fair price.....pm if interest occurs!

You won't be able to pass emissions if you remove that cats, I have read of some people switching their pipes back to catted right before inspection and when they pass they put the off-road pipes back on
