I work at a body shop that is deff fixable but it looks repaired alright with filler which is why it looks cracked like ice. Thhey should charge about 2 hours of body time and prob 4 to 5 hours for paint which follows up to 7 hours the most which is 300 tp 450 dollars so really id say chin spoiler or gt bumper. It would look nicer. If you wanted to straighten it out more just take a heat gun or a hair dryer and warm it up nice and tosty and kinda form it back.
