How hard is it to do? Is there anything I need to know before attempting to change it?

It is fairly easy, the most difficult part is getting the bolts off because the pulley wants to turn, and one of the coolant hoses is small and a little tight to fit into place. It only took me about an hour, and that was with having to work around the heat exchanger for my intercooler and the extra hoses.
