Default PLEASE HELP! Dual Exhaust problem.

Just converted my v6 2005 mustang to dual exhaust 40 series flowmasters. It sounds awesome there is just a slight problem, when you turn on the car it sounds normal, then after about 25 seconds it starts making a almost putting like sound, like its only running on air. Here is a video on what it sounds like..

Any ideas?

Threads merged, no need to start up multiple threads in different sections. And since it is specific to the V6 exhaust it makes sense to have it here.

Yeah i checked to make sure everything is pretty secure. Maybe, I think it has something to do with the computer and air flow. Might be running lean and the ratio is messed up? I don't know really, just trying to throw out ideas

I think if the cats were clogged it'd do it all the time as well.

Hmmm.. I'm just throwing something that might make sense. haha!

Uhm, was there a check engine light when you first started the car?

Did you clean out your airbox?

Maybe it's not broken in yet?

Have you tried driving around like a maniac just to see when it's warmed up maybe it'll go away?

No there wasnt any CEL on, i even took out the air filter and started it so it'd get more air, same problem. I don't know too much about getting them broken in but i didn't know it needed it. After we got it I drove him and floored it a few times and had the same problem. ):
