Yes, but a tune may void your 5yr/50,000 mile powertrain warranty.

Isn't that only if they can prove the tune caused the problem?

im confused about how a tune would fix this. one guy says he got a lighter flywheel and it fixed the problem( which i figured there was a heavy flywheel involved). there is no way a tune could help, UNLESS the throttle is being held open by the computer... but, idk as i dont have one.
