Default custom bumper

I saw a mustang today at the store with some halo lights installed in the bumper on the bottom half. on opposite sides of the grille. i saw the guy inside and told him i had never seen that body kit what is it called and he told me he installed the lights in his stock bumper cover and then paid and left. so now i was interested and have done hours of research to find that no one else has attempted this. they were just simple halo fog lights but it looked cool as hell. so now my question is to all you genius engineers. how would this bee possible to do? i would assume its more complicated than running the wiring, cutting 2 holes and vuela. Just some off the wall idea i may attempt to do.

Im really not trying to be a smart azz but why exactly would it be more complicated than this? Aside from some trim around the area cut and some brackets to hold it in place.

Most just get the kit to place the fog lights in the front grill area, the same as the GT's. I've never seen fog lights in the bumper, on a Sixxer.

It wouldn't be that tough. A hole saw to cut the opening, some straps to hold the light housing, some wiring. Just take a look in the auto parts store at different fog lights and see if they have something that already has studs off the back, crawl under the bumper and take a look at where you could run some metal straps to hold them in place -- and VOILA you will have your lights.

It is just going to take a little time to fabricate - and think it through before you start any cutting.
