So that's exactly what it is! Looked under the car an right on the exhaust pipe was an Ozarka water plastic. I know have piece of mind lol

Haha ya you just saved me money. Was gonna take it to a mechanic on my day off from duty, but the more I thought about it, I started thinking that it did kinda smell like plastic and when I looked underneath there it was. Plastered to my exhaust pipe.
