So return it to stock and take off the CAI.

Well now I need to go to Fastenal and hope they have a M4 X 10mm screw because I can't find the original MAF Sensor screws, I found the bit that C&L sent me to remove them but after tearing apart my work bench last night I cannot find those darn things.

cold air intake will not void the warranty, but if a dealer sees spent rubber under the car from the rear tires they will. I used to be a Ford field engineer and have voided many warranties due to abuse and racing (as it clearly states in the warranty manual) but enough of the negative. the warranty goes by in service or sale date. some dealers will do the repair and get it pre-authorized by ford. as a condition like this does not happen typically overnight. and they do go by the odometer reading also. 5y/50k.
