Default Budget suspension questions

Hey everyone. My 07' is bone stock as far as suspension goes, and I'm looking at changing that. In about a week or two I'll have the rest of my budget, which is about $1000.

What should i get to get the most from my money? my stang also does not have the sway bar from the pony package, so I need that as well. My car never sees a track, and almost all of my driving now is on the highway so I'd like a more comfortable ride that i could still enjoy when i take it on some curvier roads. I've seen some kits that look alright in my budget, but I'm not sure at all what I need.

Any help is appreciated!

I just bought Koni Yellow Str. Ts and Ford K lowering springs for $550. I bought the springs from American Muscle for $200 and the shocks from Trackspec.com I believe they were around $350. Many people on the forum have Konis and love them. I'll give a review when I get mine installed. Then I am installing stock GT front and rear sway bars. I'm not sure how much those usually run if you can find them. Shouldn't be anymore than $50 a piece I would think.

ok that sounds really good. would I be able to go ahead and order and install the shocks and springs before I got the sway bar? I already have the cash for the shocks and springs, and im sure i can find the sway bars locally but it will take time.

Yeah that should be fine. You don't have to take your shocks and struts apart to replace the sway bars.

Here are the shocks and struts link
