lugcentric is different than hubcentric...
Improper mounting with lugcentric rims can cause what you descripe.
At 90MPH this is VERY DANGEROUS.
The forces that are being imparted on your wheel studs when
the shimmy starts are outrageously high.

I updated the list on the OP, all I can do now is a roadforce and see what happens, I'm starting to think it's the wheels/tires...

Did you buys new lugs for the new wheels ???

It's not unusual to have new tires out of round. It has happened to me before. If road force balance does not do the trick, then it has to be the tires.
