I took the washer things off, I guess I completely spaced on taking them off when I originally put on the tires. Gonna take her out and see what happens.
Also AM said all their tire/rim packs are lugcentric.
lugcentric is different than hubcentric...
Improper mounting with lugcentric rims can cause what you descripe.
At 90MPH this is VERY DANGEROUS.

Yea but a simple drive into town is 20 miles, and even on longer trips it still shakes the whole way.
I updated the list on the OP, all I can do now is a roadforce and see what happens, I'm starting to think it's the wheels/tires...
It's not unusual to have new tires out of round. It has happened to me before. If road force balance does not do the trick, then it has to be the tires.
