Default $220 for four tires...

My tires are about as bald as you can let them get - but I've got 80k out of them so I'm happy - I was planning on buying some brand new rims /tires from AM but I found a guy selling four stock Pirelli tires for $220 and have at least 8/32 tread left (I think 11/32 is new). I'm trying to convince myself this is a bad deal so I end up buying new rims and tires but this is a pretty good deal... Right?

Yep, I think the exact same tire new is about $170 + mounting and balancing each. I'm gonna need new tires soon and If I came across an entire set of slightly used tires that cost roughly the same as 1 new tire I would jump on it.

Sounds like a good deal to me if you are tight on cash for wheels/tires but are you sure you want those tires again?
