Default Exedy clutch is Looking for Mustang V6 2005-2010 for prototype clutch test fit

We are currently developing replacement clutch and solid mass flywheel for the 2005-2010 V6 Ford Mustang.

We now are at the stage where we need a vehicle to test fit the flywheel and clutch kit. What we have at this time is a stage 1 organic clutch kit with a solid mass replacement flywheel(22lbs). This set up is good for 307 Ft./Lb.(25% safety factor and a 20% assumed drive-line loss) Torque at the wheel or 383 ft./lb. of torque at the flywheel ( 480 ft./lb of torque at the flywheel with no safety factor).

Exedy will cover the installation cost ( AllData labor times will be used ) from a workshop of the owners choice. The clutch must be installed in a professional automotive repair facility. An Exedy representative will be present during the installation and may want to test drive the vehicle after the installation is complete.
