Default Is a Tune Required for Dual Exhaust?

Guys,

Does going to a dual exhaust from a single require a tune change?

I figure that loss of back pressure would change some of the dynamics and thus the computer would need to adjust for that.

I've heard that it does not but I thought I read that it does. Can anybody confirm this?

Just going from single to duals will not require a tune.
