Does this forum still have the rule that you have to have 50 posts before you can post a photo? That could be his problem. I think he overpaid for that model. I just bought a '12 V6 Premium Convertible with the Pony Pkg for $21,500.

I doubt he overpaid, he said he got under $23k OTD (meaning taxes and fees included). Book Retail (which doesn't account for taxes and fees) came in around $22k. If he paid $23k OTD, he probably got it for under $22k sale price, but I don't know how bad taxes hit him in that area.
