Did I Get An Okay Deal?
I just purchased a 2012 Race Red Mustang V6 Premium Convertible with the Pony Package. It has 12,000 miles and is in "Mint" condition. Not a nick or scratch any place. I paid $21,500 which I thought was a pretty decent deal. What do you think?

The best way to snag a great deal is too find out, from a friend if possible is what Dealers are paying for Mustangs at auction.
2013 GT premiums go for $23k-27k right now depending on mileage and condition.
2013 GT Verts go for $26k-$30k mileage and condition will vary cost.
2012 even less. I have two friends in the car business, so if I opt used, which is rare, I call them first to check Manheim. But when I bought the new black 2013 left over, I got a new car at a steal price.
So if you have friends in the biz, or friends of friends in the biz, make a call before you buy used.

I sell mine by KBB private party prices, & usually don't have a problem making someone happy they bought mine.
Plus they know it's not been wrecked, flooded, stolen or other bad things, as those I trade in if they're not in excellent condition!!
On your car i'd say you did pretty good as I would have sold it for $20,700 to $21,250.
So you're right in the wheel house...
We just bought the same car @ '14. with Ruby Red Paint [$395 ??] & it listed for $35, 400
