They sell a block you can put on the back of your clutch pedal to make it easier if you have short legs. You don't have to hug the steering wheel to drive.
A guy I met at the car show a week ago let me sit in his car. I'm by no means short, but it made it much more comfortable to push in the clutch. Would certainly make it lighter on the leg if I was stuck in traffic. I'm ordering one.
