Cam Wobble?

Cam Wobble?
So I was changing the oil in my 2010 4.0L this weekend and I noticed quite the odd phenomenon. I started it to get the oil circulating and I still had the fill cap off. While I was admiring the timing chain and cam gear spinning I noticed that it almost looked like the cam had a "wobble" to it. I couldn't see it looking at the gear, but if I focused on the cam gear bolt I swear it looked like it had a wobble to it.
Now I've never built a car engine, so I won't claim to know everything. But cams don't wobble! Or so I thought....
The car only has 44,000 miles. I've owned it since 16,000 miles and have never had a mechanical problem, nor do I constantly run the ***** off it. Truth be told its been more of a commuter lately while I've been rebuilding an '04 Saleen replica
Anyone else ever notice this? Or be willing to check theirs out?
Much appreciated!
