Default Sleeper cars

Does anyone own a "sleeper car"? Basically a car that on the outside looks like a stock vehicle but under the hood and exhaust is modded for performance..

My V6 I guess is a sleeper car since it looks like a regular V6 with no body mods, but with all the under hood mods and exhaust mods it is a lot faster.

A sleeper generally means something that is fast but doesn't look like much.

I've even heard of GT owners swapping out for V6 bumpers just for the sake of being a sleeper

A Sleeper would be a 429 with a 671 GMC Blower, bolted up to a Pantera Transaxle stuffed into the back of a 72 Gran Torino Wagon that ran 154 MPH in the 1/4 mile
I miss that car.

what can really be done to a V6, Sure my 3.8L is nice and goes plenty fast, 55-65 top speed limit, but with today's economy and gas prices who wants a super fast car that drinks gas like its water '
