Default Long Tube headers for my six

I've been considering some LT's for my 13 v6, I did some research and realized I'll have to swap the mid pipe as well. Will I need to swap out the pipe between the mid pipe and the axleback or am I okay to run with just the lt's and midpipe? I currently have roush axlebacks, not that it makes any difference.
Let me know!
Thanks

Yes, you have to get the X-pipe that matches up to the headers.

The BBK x-pipe will work with your OEM catbacks. I'm not sure about any of the rest of the manufacturers, but I see no reason that shouldn't be the case with them as well.

You can do headers and the mid pipe and use your factory OTA's and any axle-back you want IIRC

Would resonators work as to deadening the sound a little? I hear the lt's make it loud as hell

I have longtubes and catted X-pipe (BBK), and Magnaflow catbacks - mine isn't loud at all.

I have off road x pipe with LT's borla with borla atak Axel back and it is loud as hell, to do it again I'd probably go with catted x pipe, or short tube and leave the pipes stock

With a catted mid like mentioned above it won't be that loud. Sixxers without cats sound terrible IMO.

Agreed!

I personally like shorty headers better because you will get more torque in the mid range rpms compared to long tubes. Plus you can use the stock cats and you wont need O2 extensions. Shorty headers ftw paired with borla ATAK mufflers. MMMM

BBK Shorties here also, and they now have their CARB Approval so they will pass smog in California.
I know it has been longer than a month Jay but have you gotten the long tubes yet?

Shorties do little to nothing power wise to justify the ordeal to install them, might as well go long tubes!
