I Plasti-Dipped my base V6 wheels today
#12
Dan, I was wanting the all black 17" Bullets with Sumoto tires. But not for sure yet. First thing I need to get from you guys is a set of front struts. Mine are bad and making a ton of noise. I was hoping to be able to get a set of lowering springs when I get the struts, but that might have to be later.
I'm only a PM away!

Well plasti-Dip is NOT the way to go for this kind of job. at least in Spray can form. Just to hard to lay down on a big area like this. Plus when I pulled up the tape it took the outside pin stripe off. So I wanted to see what it would look like. I had some vinyl pin stripe tape and laid one out. I love the look but hate this Plasti Dip junk. But the up shot it that I know that I want this look for my car and I just happen to have a friend of mine that has been a painter for a few hot rod shops and has had a few cars he painted on the cover of magazines. ( He was the one that guided me through laying down the masking to get the pin stripe) He just told me he would paint it permanently on my hood. I have never seen any vinyls like this for these Mustangs. ....and DAN BAILER. Why don't we keep it that way. LOL! I like to be different from everyone else.
