I would visit some junkyards and see about replacing some of the interior panels.

Get a hazmat suit, pull out the seats and deep shampoo the carpets, set off a bug bomb, run it though a auto car wash with windows down, etc etc etc etc.

Glad you have a strong stomach. Good luck.
Surprisingly the car runs and drives like a dream. It's just amazing. Which is why I bought it. Stereo is the Shaker 1000 too so it sounds really really nice.

I lol'd, but surprisingly this girl was actually somewhat cute. My coworker was trying to hit on her, and it was going well. He's gettin all excited thinking he's gonna get some. Then I showed him the car and he tells me, "well that just killed my boner. I'm out."

Interior panels for the most part are in pretty decent shape.

Took it home last night. Obviously it's the rough one on the left, I hope one day to have it looking as good as the beauty next to it that is my wife's.

And a quick rear pic, obviously mine is the one with the temp tag.

Plans for it this weekend, I'm going to take it to my buddies house, stick it in his garage, pull the seats and carpet out, scrub a dub dub the carpet, dry it out and put it back together. Good bye mold!

I see cars like that all the time at work. I dont get it. I baby my cars even my dd explorer. They are clean enough to eat off of (just dont even try it!). Weve had some in the shop that the only place to even get into the car is the driver's seat.

I think you got a great deal on that Mustang as long as it drives fine. The problem with trashed out cars is that it usually indicates how well the owner took care of the maintenance of the car.

I don't think I've ever seen mold on leather before.

I'm also surprised that someone would trade in their car with all that ****ing **** in it. Couldn't the dealer just specify that they don't want the car with all that junk in it?

They COULD. But a customer hears that as an insult. Then they tell their friends about how the dealer insulted them. Suddenly their friends are telling others, "stay away from "X" dealership cause they treat people badly." It's just not worth it. Not when we have a whole team of detailers that are going to get paid by the hour wether they work or not.

Wow, I don't understand how people can live like that! I don't allow ANY food or beverage in my stang unless it's water!
Good job so far! I wish I could find one like you at that price for my son!
