Default Vibration while idle

Hello,
I have a 05 v6 that is relatively new to me. I have heavy vibration i can feel in the car on both driver and passenger sides. This is when the car is in gear with my foot on the brake. When my foot is not on the brake it is less so. When in neutral or park the vibration is weak. I appreciate all information. Thanks in advance.

Auto or manual? There is a TSB somewhere I came across that some 05 automatic models had the wrong tranny cross member installed and would cause vibration...

Here it is:

Not enough info regarding the maintenance history.
Could be a miss (spark plugs and or wires need replacing), could be the tsb, could be a vacuum leak causing a rough idle.

Yeah look at Mike's suggestions. I would lean toward a vacuum leak
