Default What's the better Pypes product?

So, like most 4.0 owners, I'm planning on Dual Exhaust. I've narrowed it down to 2 products by Pypes, the Pypes True Dual system, and the Pypes Mid-Muffler system. Now, I thought since the Mid-Muffler system was $100 more, it's obviously the better choice, but does anybody have any experience with either of these products?

I have the mid muffler system, I like them a lot but they are going to be louder than the true dual system. I think it is going to be more preference to sound and decibel level you desire.

Thanks JJ! I think I'm going to roll with the Mid-Muffler system.

I had Pypes mid pipe and X pipes installed with two GT mufflers. Happy with the way it sounds and looks.

Just did the Pypes True Dual Mid-Muffler system. Nice rumble at ignition and idle. Fun to hear while rolling down the highway.

I also went a step further and got their shorty headers which adds to the rumble.

I looked at both and went with the mid-muffler option.

One of the things that led me to that choice was that I always thought it looked kinda "tacky" when you look at the car from behind, and you can see the edge of muffler sticking out below the rear bumper cover. The mid muffler option eliminates this and really cleans up the view from the rear.

I have been very happy with the mid muffler option, the sound is much better, and there was a noticeable bump in performance, especially after loading the custom tune.

I also went with the GT style bumper with the factory cutout for the driver side exhaust tip.
