With tinted/smoked headlights, the resulting output will always be more yellow. But you also need the higher output to cut through the tint and give you the most light to the road. 4300k is going to give you the best in brightness, but it will be yellow through the tine. The 6000k may limit the yellowing effect but the output will be reduced some. It all depends on if you are going for performance, color, or both.

Don't forget our new slim kits. These feature the smallest 55w ballasts on the market and they still carry all the same features as our regular size ballasts!

Why would one choose the slim kit over the regular kit? What is the difference other than size?

As you surely know now we definitely had yout apt. number on there, we always always always print addresses exactly as given especially with payments through PayPal. So not sure why it ever made the trip back to us, or why it took as long as it did, but we are happy that is got to you in the end!
Yep, got the second shipment and will be at the body shop this week to replace the old kit from ebay that burnt up during a tune somehow. Anyways, thanks again for getting in touch and solving this.

If they have the room to install either or, novelty. People like the slim ballasts just because they are slim.
Our suggestion is to use the regular ballasts as they have been around a lot longer with proven reliability and longevity. Although we have no expectations the opposite would be true for the slim, they are a newer design.
