Take the old headlight bulbs out.
Take the HID bulbs apart, put the outer lock ring into the housing just as the old bulb was and then place the bulb clip back on.
Insert the HID bulb into the lock ring and make sure it twist locks into place.
Connect the ballast to the bulb and find a suitable place to locate it and anchor it down.
Then unravel the harness.
The wire that has the fuse block on it and terminates in a ring terminal goes to battery positive, use the bolt that holds the pole clamp on.
Plug the blue connector to the stock bulb connection from the car, use the side closest to the battery.
Plug in each ballast.
Plug in the high beam activator plugs to the bulbs.
The remaining ring terminal on teach end of the harness go to any metal bolt that goes directly to the metal chassis. Use sandpaper or a wire brush to establish good contact in the presence of piant, dirt, corrosion, etc.
Secure the relay on the harness and tidy it up so there are no wires hanging by power steering pullies, etc.

I've got everything secured but my lights are flickering and then they shut off, is this a problem with the ballasts or relay?

well, with a ballast failure of under 0.05% I highly doubt you have two bad ballasts in the same kit!
Flickering like this will usually indicate two things:
1) power supply issue from the battery
2) power supply issue from harness installation
2) pulsed electrical supply (DRL, auto-on lamps, etc.)

First, start your car and let it run for a minute, then try the lights. If the same thing happens it is not the battery charge.
Then what you need to do is take the battery positive and the two grounds off and clean each contact point (the car side, not the harness).
If it still is a problem shoot us an email at sales@retro-solutions.com

Yeah sorry about that, I just had a weak battery. But I bought bi-xenons and when I change from low to brights the level of light doesn't change at all. Also, the lights look great, fantastic product.

I plugged the stock halogen bulbs back in and they worked fine. What would cause bi xenon lights to fail changing from his to lows? It's definitely something with the kit.

The stock bulbs are not running off the harness, which is where your problem is.
There is only a few things that can be wrong here:

1) the pin on the white wire in the blue connector is not seated into the OE plug properly
2) there is a faulty relay on the harness
3) your OE low beam fuse or relay are not working due to a short during install (extremely rare given your setup

more than likely it is #1 judging by the symptoms. The lows worked before when you tested on the weak battery right? I don't think that can harm the relay side at all.

you have to check #1 and #3 because as much as I would like to, I can not help you remotely on those.#2 we can send you a new oneeasily enough just to check it if you like. Just shoot us your shipping info. by email to sales@retro-solutions.com
