And on those cooler fall days when the top is dropped, having those bun warmers really helps keep you comfortable!

Install basically involves removing the factory seat covers (usually secured with hog rings under the seat), sticking the elements down, reinstalling the covers and then doing the wiring. It usually takes 4-5 hours depending on your experience level.
I get heat in mine in about 2.5 minutes which is FANTASTIC on cool mornings. I also find they are great for a sore back and my fiancee loves them. They also let you keep the windows or top down on colder days without having dry air being blown in your eyes by the factory heater.
The high position setting will get warm pretty quickly and then I drop the switch back to low. I know some people don't care about heated seats but for those of you that have never had them, I wouldn't go without in any car now. They are a wonderul, luxurious option that makes driving a lot more pleasurable.

has anyone installed these on cloth seats? i assume they work just as fine as the leather. also, whats the name of the tool used to take off the factory covers hooks? i am pretty sure there is a specialty tool?

They work great on leather or cloth. The tool you need is called a hog ring tool.

i'll prob either put it in the side of the seat where the seat controls are or put it in the center console somewhere. you should come help. John will be here with his camera so we can do that photoshoot you keep whining about
