Dont blast them out just yet...you are right. Get it corrected, then blast them...would love to see pics.

From what I'm reading this shop deserved to be blasted out. If they are good in what they do and have a knowledge about customer service this should not happened in the first place.

I think I know who's shop this is, big name will recommended but I think something changed over time maybe a changed in management or something.
