Thumbs down Waiting on Whipple Tune

I ordered a tune from VMP in November. Had issues with the tune I recieved and got a second one. Issues with that tune as well. Last I heard from Justin was almost a month ago when he asked me to dump the stock tune and send it to him (which I did). I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails about the status of the tune with no replies. Anyone else having issues with getting their tunes?

Dan, I have no phone messages from you, and have sent dozens of emails to you that have bounced back. I even tried some other addresses you gave me and it did not work, I suggest you get an email address that will take attachments.

Thats funny because I have checked both email addresses I gave you. Nothing (and yes I checked the spam folders). Maybe you can tell me the contents of the email right here in this thread? And I'll even pm you my phone number. So please give me a call and let me know where this is at. I haven't been able to drive my car for 2 MONTHS because of a tune.

Oh and while I'm changing email addresses, you might want to change cell phone companies, because I have left probably 4 voicemails in the last 2 weeks. 321-206-9*** right?

Please don't get me wrong. I looked all over the internet before I decided on my VMP. And from what I have read they make amazing tunes. I'm sure this is one of only a handful of issues they have had. Please just understand that I'm frustrated and want to get the car back on the road. Sorry if any of my previous messages had a bit of a bitter tone.

Dan, I have even forwarded you the bounced email notifications.

The number you posted is my business line, and yes the first 7 digits are correct, but I don't know about the last three since you did not post them.

I know its right because it says "you have reached VMP tuning. our hours are 9 am to 5 pm eastern standard time. If you are receiving this message during business hours we are on the dyno and will return your call as soon as possible" or something like that. I'll leave another voicemail today, but also check you pms because I emailed my phone number as well.

Also that forwarded bounced email was over a month ago.......Anyone else have trouble with gmail accounts spitting vmps messages back? God it's so frustrating!!

I just sent 2 emails (one from each email address you have previously mailed me at) and left a voicemail on the same business line. If you dont get this voicemail I'll record the next phone call I make and post it on here so you get it for sure.
