I have been talking to the managers of the Saleen store and their corporate managers. They are closed on Sundays however they are open to the public on Saturday's at 10am. They will be opening for all that attend this cruise at 9am Saturday February 17. I will be getting there at 830 to meet with the managers that morning. I say we all get there between 830-9am -- that my suggestion. Saleen will also be doing some events for us as well. I cna't please everyone but feel free to give me your opinion. I will be calling them tomorrow to tell them the events that we are doing. I say that we choose 3 of the 6 events. Here is the email cut pasted from my email --

Count me in!!! I promise this time!!! I really have no excuse now that the meet is so close to home...I finally got my money from my roommate so things are starting to get better...still kinda pissed I couldn't get the exhaust and go to the last meet.
Moses 05gt: let me know when you want to go scope the routes...I'll go with you... I think santiago canyon is a good idea..(cooks corner) there is another canyon that branches off at cooks corner called Live Oak Canyon...IMO it's one of the niceset roads to drive on in the OC and it spits you out in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita...

So the cruise is now on Sat the 17th instead of Sun the 18th, correct? Any chance we can get 4 people to buy superchargers, so I can get one at 20% off?

Count me in! Nice to see that Saleen is going above and beyondfor SoCal Mustang owners by opening up their store early for us, etc.
In case folks are not aware, I believe the Saleen Store now sells all Saleen performance parts and can also handle installations for any Mustang (Saleen or not) by its own techs. I'm not sure if Saleen has an installation shop at the Irvine Spectrum location or if they simply take your car over to the headquarters 2 miles away for installations. Regardless, if a handful of owners decide to buy some serious parts/installations,we might just break through the $20k level and qualify everyone for a 20% discount. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but half a dozen superchargers or suspension kits could do it. I might have to arrange for some upgrades come the 17th...
Thanks for taking the time and effor to organize this, J.

I am ALL over this. It'll mean getting up EARLY for me, since I work until midnight every night, but then again, I don't know that I'll sleep knowing that I'd get a chance to test drive a Saleen.
I'd definitely be up for the 17th...And I'll probably drag my dad up there to do this as well... I just gotta find some way to pull some money outta SOMEWHERE to buy some Saleen goodies.
