I know it needs springs!! What would you recommend for a DD??

There are many spring kits to drop your ride, but would not go lower than 1.5".

I recommend you do some poking around at American Muscle and read reviews of pepes who installed a particular spring. It is not necessary to run "really stiff" springs to have a nice handling ride, so don't worry about kidneys or boobies

. You can run stock shocks/struts and leave the sway bars and will only get a little additional NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) in your ride.
