If they are stock GT or V-6 wheels, you will be fine.

The fitment will be an issue when you start getting into 8.5"+ or so. The off-set of the S197 is about 1/2" or so deeper on their wheels, so you will start to get rubbing.

Are you talkin' stock wheels, or just ones meant to fit an '05+ ride? I have seen stock GT wheels on a New Edge and wasn't pretty.

they 05 bullit style OEM wheels which I think came on the V6 and base V8, the guy is selling a pair with 275/40/17 drag radials. He said the offset is different so I might need a spacer to make them look right, no thanks i'll pass, lol.

I was wondering that too..I saw ford is coming out with a bunch of rims for the 2010 Mustang and was wondering if they would fit on my 02. I hope they do.

I put my stock '05 GT wheels on my '03 Cobra when I got the rear bumper painted...No spacers, no problems....& Cobra has the big brakes!

I agree!!! ..wheels put on just to get the bumper painted (didn't want anything to happen to the chrome wheels!)....My point is that the wheels mount up with no problems!

here's the Nitto 315 DR's on 10.5" wheels...
