Default what is the most street-able slick?

well, I would love to run radial slicks to keep away from wheel spin 24/7, but I use my mustang as a DD. I would get the slicks after my soon to come Twin turbo system, so wheel hop is going to be a big problem. I live in a suburb of chicago, so i need some slicks that i can drive in the rain safely if I need to. I will have all seasons for the winter. I was thinking MT ET street radial II? what do you say? I know a lot of you are probably going to tell me that you can't mix performance like that with DD, but.... I'm crazy so bear with me
