Default 2010 18" wheels ho wide are they?

Any one know how wide the mustang GT 2010 wheels are? my 09 45th AV came stock with the same wheels they are listing on ebay as 2010 GT take off's and I am wondering how wide they are. Normally I would just read the rims but the car is in the shop. I was wanting wider rear tires is why Iam asking and want to know how wide I can safely go. The tires on the rims are 235/50r18 BFG's

A GT with a 235 is going to be an 8" wheel, so you are looking at a 245 and that is it.

If you want to go noticably wider, you need to go wider wheels. You can easily run a set of 9"s & 10"s on your ride without rubbing or speedo accuracy issues if you choose correctly.

Should be a 8.5" wheel actually Jazz.
Jeb your best bet with staying on stock wheels is 255/45/18 on on all 4.

Well yeah, the stock tire size is 235/50 But the optional wider choice would be 255/45
Definitely 8.5" wheel. That eBay listing is wrong, those are the wheels my car came with too, lol.
The stock 17" wheel is 8".
