If it says you MUST confirm wheel fitment PRIOR to installing tires, you may be unable to return them
Sadly what you wrote is true. Kinda sucks because I didn't place the order, discount tire did but this is also my fault because I didn't take the time to educate myself, instead I trusted others. Lesson Learned. I would still like to know how much I can lower the car. I don't want anything to rub. I was thinking no more than an 1 1/2in. What do you guys think?

After looking at the pics with the ruler/yard stick, what size tire did you get?

Edit: Mine stick out the rear/front, never rub, car bottoms out before that happens.

I have the same tire sizes, no clearance issues. As far as lowering goes, my car is not lowered at all, but dropping 1 and 1/2 inches should not be a problem at all. Since the tires do stick out a little bit, an adjustable panhard bar will probably be needed to make it look right after the drop. Cruzin Concepts are cheaper than American Muscle, but you get what you pay for. I should have spent a little more and went with American Muscle. Lesson learned i guess.

Looks like you'll have to raise hell at discount tire, if they ordered you the wrond wheels, they should fix it. Period.
